Cliff Rhoades
Director of Wayside Design
Cliff Rhoades brings 7 years of experience in the signaling industry, and has worked on design projects for several railroads, including CSX, KCS, and Amtrak. He has been involved with the design and implementation of PTC solutions for CSX for several years, and has provided engineering for wayside and crossing locations over many subdivisions.
Mr. Rhoades’ duties include surveying, hardware design for preliminary and final engineering, field support, WIU mapping , and project management. He currently oversees the design and implementation of PTC solutions for the CSX group at Signal South.
